*SOLD* - Lulu

7 year old

Pure Highland
Out of Holmedown Kona by Erray Rush

Lulu is an absolute cracker of a model who turns heads wherever she goes.

She was broken in as a 5 year old and has been successfully shown in hand and ridden at county level with very good results

She has come in to me to be sold on behalf of her owner who is giving up riding due to her age. Since being with me Lulu has done a little bit of everything and is proving to be worth her weight in gold. She absolutely loves hacking and goes front/middle or back. Isn't strong or silly and rides out happily in a snaffle. She is getting used to traffic and will quietly pass the usual on country lanes. She has been lightly schooled since having a winter holiday and has just started jumping which she absolutely loves! Very confident and popping fences up to 80cm at the moment. She has a careful and tidy jump which will develop with more work. Lulu is also happy popping natural obstacles out hacking and I'm sure would have no issues with going x-country.

Lulu really would be one for all of the family – I have had experienced riders and novice riders on her without bother. She hacks alone or in company and is a great asset to nannying the younger horses or would suit a mother who had small ponies/riders to look after.

100% to do around the stable, lovely kind temperament and one you could trust with anyone. Loads/travels in trailer or lorry. Good with the farrier/vet/physio/dentist etc. Hasn't been clipped due to breed type. Lives in or out; she has gone from being in 24/7 over the winter to living out 24/7 now the ground has dried up. Low maintenance and easy to feed. Up to date with everything.

This is genuinely a very sad sale on behalf of the owner. Lulu has huge sentimental value and the best 5 star home must be sought!
